Wedding Photography Locations in Malta
One of the things I love about photographing weddings in Malta is how much variety we have in such a small place. You can go from historic streets and beautiful architecture to open countryside, cliffs and the coast without spending half your wedding day travelling.
Mdina and Valletta are two of my favourite locations for wedding portraits, while places such as Dingli Cliffs can give us beautiful light around sunset. The location we choose will also depend a lot on where your church and wedding venue are, as I always want the portrait session to fit naturally into your wedding timeline without adding unnecessary travel or making the day feel rushed.
Every location has something different to offer, and I always take the time of day, available light, travel time and your wedding timeline into consideration.
How I Plan Your Wedding Photography in Malta
Once your date is secured with a signed agreement and deposit, we’ll start planning the photography around your wedding day, timeline and locations. We’ll go through the important moments, family photos, couple portraits and the best times for light so everything feels organised without making the day feel rushed.
By the time your wedding arrives, we’ll already have a clear plan in place. That means you can relax, enjoy the day and trust me to capture everything naturally as it happens.

The cost of wedding photography in Malta depends on the package you choose, the hours of coverage, whether a second photographer is needed, travel between Malta and Gozo, and any extras such as albums or additional sessions. My wedding packages can also be tailored to suit your plans, timeline and what you would like covered on the day. Experience also plays an important part. I take every wedding and every aspect of my work seriously, from the planning and photography to the final delivery, with a strong focus on giving each couple the best experience and results possible.
Do you help us plan our wedding photography timeline?+
Absolutely! I’ll help you build a photography timeline that makes the most of your wedding day, from the big moments to the best locations and beautiful light. We’ll go through everything together beforehand, so when the day arrives you can relax, enjoy every moment and trust that I’ve got the photography side covered.
Do you offer a second photographer?+
Yes. For larger weddings, I consider a second photographer essential. While I’m focused on one part of the day, the second photographer can capture other moments happening at the same time, giving you much more complete coverage of your wedding.
How long until we receive our wedding photos?+
You’ll receive 30–50 fully edited highlight photos within 48 hours, so you can start reliving and sharing some of your favourite moments from the wedding straight away. Your full edited wedding gallery will be delivered within 12 weeks, with every image individually edited.
Do you travel across Malta and Gozo?+
Yes! I photograph weddings all across Malta and Gozo, and I’m also available for destination weddings abroad.
